Goldenberries Oatmeal Pancakes

  • 2 Cups of Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg or 2 Spoons of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Spoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 Spoon of Agave Syrup
  • Goldenberries and Blueberries
  • Orange Jam or the one of your preference


Mix up the oatmeal with the milk and the egg or chia seeds.

Then add the cinnamon and the agave syrup, mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.

Pour or scoop the butter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Serve the pancakes in a tower form and topped them with the berries.

Enjoy them with the Orange Jam for an exotic Breakfast!
