Goldenberries salsa

Serve 1


  • 250 gr of goldenberries
  • 1 onion
  • 1,5 jalapeño
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bouquet of cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • Cumin
  • Salt


Cut your jalapeño into slices, peel the onion and cut into quarters and place them into a pot together with your goldenberries. Cover with water and bring it up to boiling point.

Leave the ingredients to boil for 5 minutes.

Poor off the water. Place your cooked goldenberries, onion and jalapeño in a blender, add your bouquet of cilantro and blend. Add one teaspoon of cumin, a generous pinch of salt and the juice of the lemon.

Leave your salsa to cool, and serve it with tacos, spicy chicken or meat.
